General Summary of Timeline:
11 February:
We went to the IVP Launch @ Singapore Polytechnic, during the trip, we were exposed to a lot of different types of inventions.
14 February :
We registered our group.
15 February :
We thought about several ideas. We continued the training where the teacher mentors helped us along.
28 February:
We went to VIVO CITY to do some research and gain inspiration from already invented items, and we thought deeper into why something is a good invention.
14 March:
Got together, sat down and thought about more ideas, took out unpratical ideas.
20 March:
Initial PPT slide done.
21 March
Presented the PPT and ideas to draft sessions, and got comments, proceeded with editing.
27 March :
Completed a new PPT.
30 March:
Shown our ideas to Expert Mentors, but they seemed unable to visualise our ideas, edited again.
1 April:
Another PPTdone.
3 April:
We met up and continued adding to our project's materials, we also managed to do a small presentation that could help judges visualise our project much more easily.
4 April:
Talked to Mentor about our project, got a few comments and continued to work on it.

We went for IVP draft session 2. Met expert mentors and they gave us advice on how to improve our project.
7 May:
Project Group Meeting with Mentor, finalised powerpoint before prelims 2.
12 May:
Went for Prelims 2
18 May:
IVP Update with mentor

IVP Draft Session 3. Met up with expert mentors, started thinking on how to make prototype.
30 May:
Project Group Meeting with Mentor. Told him about the making of prototype. Mentor advised us to start during holidays.
12 June:
Went to Lot 1 to buy items for making prototype : Ice-cream sticks, eyelet, nylon strings.
13 June:
Updated IVP teacher on our progress. FTP synopsis onto HCI web server.
19 June:
Finished up prototype 2.
27 June:
Went to Ikea to buy blinds.
29 June:
Studied pulley system and locking system of the blind and modified it.
3 July:
Group Meeting to finalise powerpoint and script before meeting mentors
5 July:
Final meeting with mentor and IVP teacher before semi-finals.
